I was stationed at Seymore Johnson AFB (SJ) in 1977. Langley had just received the f-15 and the pilots would do cross country flights to SJ have lunch and then go home. Most of the time they would come down the runway and do a vertical climb. The look on the F-4 pilots faces was classic,
