Insanely Awesome Sounds
This video provides a closer look at three of WWII’s most iconic twin-engine aircraft: de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito, the North American B-25 Mitchell, and a Consolidated Catalina PBY-5a, doing loud and low passes. The Mosquito sound emanates sheer force and threat. The B25 has the most distinct and unique sound, while the Catalina simply sounds gorgeous. We definitely adore those large radials.
