Actually she was a gunner aboard USAF HH-60G Pavehawk Helos and that pic is the window mounted mini-gun which is now mounted on an arm fwd of the MLG just behind the pilot and co-pilot doors-

@erim A premature fixed-wing strike, is most probably an airstrike or other offensive action by a fighter jet/aircraft.
