Well, certainly an interesting video. I lived in Roseville, CA in the 1950s and we’d see these take off occasionally from either Mather or McLellan Air bases. I don’t know the length of those runways, but our B-52s needed all of the 15,000′ runway at March AFB when they took off. These beats look to have needed much more. The whole thing seemed like a 1950s Buck Rogers TV show.
