poor aircraft 🙁
Retirement is catching up with me.
it is bad enough to work on airplanes that are older than you, even worse when the “new” plane is as old as you….
sad but true , where did all the 727 and L1011 go ??!! not talking about 707 !!!
poor 727 🙁
Yes it is sad and I hate to think how many military jets that I have seen retired with distinguished records. Sadly the list would be longer than my arm.
In 50 years time we’ll all be sad that the 787 and A350 are being turned into high-end laptops and bulletproof vests.
Still, I guess it would be an upgrade from beer cans and bicycles! XD
My first airplane ride, when I was 10, was in a 727. Rust in peace.
My first jet flight would have been on an NZ 733, and some of those are scrapped. No idea what reg, so it could still be flying. Ironically, I’m 16. Not old.
