Two RC warbird aircraft totally destroyed after a midair collision at the Weston Park Model Air Show.
Props to the RC aircraft pilot pulling up the rear who immediately turned skyward to avoid the carnage. Well done!
On the plus side, they now have a lifetime supply of toothpicks.
This is what RC aircraft are all about. The risk of destruction is a very important ingredient of the thrill and excitement. I bet these guys already are far into building an even better and more beautiful aircraft. And money – well, depending of craftsman skills this is more a question of time spent on building. RC aircraft are a pretty affordable hobby.
