The Lego airplane was inspired by the Airbus A380 (world’s largest passenger airplane) and it’s scaled at 1:25 measuring 9.5-foot long, 10.5-foot wingspan and 3.2-foot tall.
The Lego A380 airplane consists of 75,000 eight-color pieces which weigh about 220 pounds or 100kg. The whole process took about 600 hours to be completed by a team of professional Legoland model builders.
